The company to monitor wastewater in Marrakech.
The RAADEMA Agency, responsible for the distribution of water and electricity as well as sewerage network management and wastewater treatment in Marrakech, has awarded to IPROMA with wastewater monitoring in the red city, which has more than 1,500,000 inhabitants. In this way, IPROMA consolidates its presence in Morocco, where it has already carried out different works related to water quality monitoring in areas like Kenitra, Settat and Agadir.
The services to be provided consist of sampling and analysis of sewerage network, including the monitoring of Marrakech’s Waste Water Treatment Plan and treated wastewater for golf courses and green spaces irrigation, among others.
Since its beginning IPROMA has executed a large number of projects related to water quality monitoring network and analysis of water, waste, soils and environment for both public agencies and private companies. These extensive experiences and expertise has helped IPROMA to export it services to other emerging countries.
Amilcar Arnau, Manager of IPROMA states that, "we are expanding internationally, our sound experience and expertise, accumulated over 20 years of activity, has allowed the company to export its expertise and services to Morocco, Latin America and other European countries", he also points that "currently IPROMA is also betting on the internationalization through its participation in consortium with other Spanish and European Companies in international tenders".
